You must be 18 years of age or older, operate a licensed or active home-service business, and be authorized to enter contracts on behalf of your company.
The JC Dropshipping LLC SMS program sends the following message types to consenting users: (1) account and onboarding messages, (2) partnership inquiry follow-ups, (3) zip code territory availability notifications, (4) service-related updates and notifications, and (5) customer support responses. Messages are transactional and informational in nature.
Program Operation: This SMS program is operated by JC Dropshipping LLC for the purpose of communicating with prospective and active contractor partners who have submitted our partnership inquiry form on this page and provided express written consent via a required, unchecked-by-default consent checkbox.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry status and onboarding stage.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.

Per-appointment fee structure as agreed during onboarding. No-show appointments are not billed. Billing cadence and refund terms are outlined in your partner agreement.
The service is provided "as is." No guarantee of lead volume or conversion outcomes is made or implied.
Our liability is capped at fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.
You agree to indemnify JC Dropshipping LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service.
State of Washington, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
We may update these terms; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
